It may help to get a few friends over to help search. Kittens are fast and small (hard to see), and she may be moving from place to place. You will want to close off the areas as best you can so that she is not running from room to room, and to keep checking each room over really well with the doors only opening for you to enter or leave.
Also check to see if there are any openings that lead behind or under cabinets or the floor or air ducts.
When my male was a little guy he would be inside the couch! Like he ripped a hole in the bottom liner and would crawl up underneath and sleep in his homemade "hammock".
Good luck!

Take the cushions off the couch and feel in between the sections to see if she curled up in there. Look on the TOPS of the closets, and in any boxes that have covers that could have been opened. A cat can squeeze into a very tiny space. I've seen mine come sliding out from under the printer stand, which is 3" above the floor. Look in ANY place that would be able to hold a grapefruit, a curled cat can go down that tiny. Behind books on the bookshelves, behind the refrigerator/washer/dryer. IN the back of the refrigerator/washer/dryer. Behind boots & shoes, between packed boxs, behind packed boxes, you have to be real observant.

Keep looking, cats can hide in tiny places & he may be moving from place to place. I read your first post & it sounds like the kitten panicked. 6 weeks is very young & a kitten that tiny could be anywhere. Check inside everything, including backpacks, bookbags, purses, etc.
My cats have been known to climb inside our recliner & up into the box spring of the bed in the guest room. The top of my husband's closet, behind the books & stuff is another popular hiding place.
Don't be too sure that he didn't get outside, cats can be very tricky.
Putting out some food is a good idea, maybe some kitten food in several parts of the house.
Good luck.

She might be inside the couch.
My daughter's cat likes to climb up under the couch and hide in there.
Where ever she is, she will get hungry enough to come out. Leave out some meat, not dry cat food. Some meat that is smelly! Maybe some bacon or fry up a steak. The smell will start her belly rumbeling and motivate her. Leave it somewhere non threatening for her (not in the middle of the room)
Good luck. I hope you find her soon.

What I find is best to do is get a can of food and then a spoon and hit it against the can and or take the can of cat food and bang it againt the cement and if the cat is hungry the cat will come running. I have done that and my cats have come home. Maybe someone has your cat in their house. Do you have Coyotes or any wild animals around where you live?

Any windows open?
Do you have holes in your walls for cords or stuff?
Did you check in your draws or behind them, not the back part like take the drawer out and search. Behind the stove? Is it mircochipped? Check behind the TV. Does your cat respond to the sound of food cans being opened? Try that and put food out everywhere, every door window, outside your door, hidding spots. Check the refigerator... Dishwasher, sinks, behind tolites, oven, microwave. Chairs, every drawer, cabint, and neighbors, vets, and stuff,

One of my friends had a cat that got up INSIDE the mattress/box springs. Another time, he (somehow) got into the attic, and fell down between the chimney and the wall. They almost didn't find him either time........have you checked these places? I missed your first question....sorry. Good luck finding him.
