Throw it away! flushing it could clog your toilet, and you never ever want to use a condom again after you've used it once. It could be more likely to tear and the sperm that's inside could leak out when you try to put it on again and it could come into contact with a partner..
That said, my cosmo magazine this month also said you should change your condom after 45 minutes of action, because it could become more prone to tearing : )

He needs to take it off and throw it away. Wash himself a bit and if you want to do it again - get a new one. Otherwise it'll just get semen in you to reuse the old one.

Throw it away. Even if it was safe to use it again, do you think he really wants to put the used one back on? ewww

If you have to ask you shouldn't be doing this. Throw it away and use a new one.

Condoms are not reusable. Once used, they should be discarded and a new one used.
