Sorry guys - I believe heartily that my Gods and Goddesses are real and don't believe in your Satan. My deities want me to live honorably so I'll stack my life against most Christians and see who is correct in the end. Funny, most Christians call this arrogance but not when they say their religion is the only one that is correct and their god the only one, all other gods are really Satan. Sigh.

It's best to honor, praise and worship the one, True God, that is, God of the Bible...Father, Son and Holy Spirit...three persons in One God.
Worshipping the wrong god or not believing in God are all the same and lead to eternal damnation and destruction. The only way to know the one, true God is to read and study the Bible...His true Word on earth.
From a Christian standpoint, Jesus is the only path to salvation and eternal life in heaven...other religions may practice peace and tranquility but this life is a mere stepping stone to the life to come. Your eternal soul hangs in the balance. The absolute truth is that God will judge all in perfect righteousness....without Jesus' atonement, we are lost. We would be remiss as Christians if we did not preach the Gospel and the only path to salvation from eternal death.

No it is not more acceptable to worship some sort of God, only the one true God. The funny thing is that Jews, Christians, and Muslims all worship the same God in essence. The only difference is that whole Jesus, Muhammad hang up...

Rev Kip - The moon God, WTF? And you are a religious chief? Explains plenty approximately the mind-set of plenty of Christians available in the market... *Shakes Head* Do you no longer understand that Muslims (and lots of Jews) hint the origins of Islam again to the primary little one of Abraham, who God additionally mentioned might the be the daddy of a pleasant folks? So do you keep it in opposition to Jesus that his moms and dads were not christian? Since Mohammed centered the faith, of path he used to be born into an extra one. And the ones loopy reference you made approximately the pagan daughters he allegedly worshiped, you have to research slightly extra. Mohommed honestly denouced all scripture related to them as "The Satanic Verses" and mentioned such ideals had no location in a monotheistic relgion. Anyways, directly to answering the query. Keep in brain, I talk of the wider Christian mind-set, and no longer the exact faith itself which preaches tolerance of others... Christianity has by no means preferred different religions. To incorporate Judaism. Anyone take into account the Inquisition? Or the truth that Pope John Paul II admitted that the church bore a few accountability for the holocaust considering that of it is intolerence of Jews? Ever heard the age ancient story that we use the blood of a christian blameless to make our passover matzah? Christians wish to piggy backpedal of our faith so they have got a love hate dating with us, however total can not denounce us considering that they did borrow our God and no longer the opposite direction round. The instantly out hate for Muslims comes from the truth that even as Jews simply have to get with the application, Islam used to be shaped after the demise and hoopla of Jesus. We do not wish to grandfather clause him in, however they outright rejected him. Oh, that and Christians appear to be an intollerant lot as it's (a lot to Jesus's chagrin, I'm definite).

I would rather an honest Atheist than someone who claimed a belief in my Gods so they would be "looked at better" by people.
Of course, if one does not profess Christianity in the Bible Belt area where I live, it does make it difficult......

You can worship whatever you want.
If you're happy with it and you're not hurting anyone in the process, I say go for it.
Believing in a god/goddess in no way makes someone a better person, perhaps more spiritual but definitely not more moral.

.it depends. the only important thing is that you believe in God and that he is the almighty God who can save us from our sins. if the religion does not believe that than it is just the same to be an atheist; if they do believe that than itsw better than being an atheist

Studies like this just show how important it is that we learn to accept people as INDIVIDUALS. We have to stop the prejudices and the hate.

No. It makes absolutely no difference whether you are an atheist, an agnostic, a Buddhist, Hindu, a Zeusist or whatever. The only thing that matters is whether you believe that Jesus is Lord or not. Sorry.... that's the way it is. God's rules, not mine.
