your not going to find anything wonderful at wal mart, i suggest you go to Sally Beauty Supply, its open to the public... for really light blonde, i would suggest getting the kaleidocolors in the blue, it will lighten up to 5 levels and will only cost you about 7 dollars to buy the bleach and the developer. The type of dye you are speaking of is very harsh to hair and has many chemicals that are not good for hair or skin.
Switch to natural. See Herba Tint hair color, I love it and use it. They have many colors that can be mixed for a "custom" color too. It is not harsh and has no chemicals.
