listen.... ur obviously very young and naive for u to understand this. . .

when a guy acts different around his friends and gives u the world and acts just the way he wants around u, then its fake! he is faking his love for u.

because when u truly love someone, u let the world know of it, and he will never make u think any less of his love and he will never make u question how he feels about u.

i was in a relationship like that for 4 yrs where i constantly felt that way ... and it was miserable, and then i found out that he was living a double life - when he was around me he gave me everything and treated me like a princess but when he wasnt around me he was after other girls and acting single with his friends.

move on when u can and find someone who will act the same way around his friends as he does around u. - they do exist.

save urself the heartache cuz he will never change and u will constantly ask urself this question.

I'm a 15 year old guy.

There's something you have to understand about young guys. They don't understand how much it means to somebody when you tell them you love them. And it's just so easy to say 'i love you' on the phone and MSN and stuff, and they don't really think much about it. It's almost as if when you meet them in person, they forget about everything they told you on the phone and stuff. If you ask him if he loves you, he'll probably say yes. But he doesn't know what it means.

I've found that relationships that are based on the phone and MSN don't last long. You can say you love each other as much as you like on the phone, but it all changes when you're together again. It's like the feelings are there, but that's all it is. It's just so...shallow. And it's always so confusing. There's so much mixed messages.

I've decided not to try to make friends over the phone or MSN anymore. It always ends up bad. In fact, I've decided to just wait a while until I think I'm mature enough for love. I don't think I should have to worry about that drama right now, and you shouldn't have to either. Maybe you should just take a break for a while?

Email me if you want.

Most young guys will act like they don't know you to be "one" of the guys. Just be honest with him the next time you are alone and tell him you don't like his attitude. Give him the chance to make things right, if he doesn't dump him. You should be treated with the respect you deserve. Trust me there is more fish in the sea.

Tell him to grown up and treat you wih the respect you deserve when he is with friends, or you will have nothing to do with him. Easier said then done, but he is obviously making you upset when he is acting like this, so give yourself the respect you deserve and tell him grow-up, or get lost. Best og Luck, hope you do the right thing.x

Guys(young guys especially) feel the need to have the approval of their friends... they always assume that they can only win approval, with the prettiest girl, the fastest car.....
It doesn't matter if they think they have the prettiest or fastest.. it what their friends think...
Girls do this too(usually worse), and get offended, when boys do it...

The correct answer is to call them on it...or... ignore it..
The usual answer is to try and keep them away from their friends.....

boys are weird around their friends. i dont think you should worry about it too much, but ask him why he acts so different around his friends versus when hes just with you.
