Any computer store, that sells 5400RPM 2.5" SATA drives. 250GB will cost you around 170$.

I think that you are talking about a 80GB Hard drive. You can buy hard drives for the PS3 at most stores that sell electronics such as Target, Walmart, and Bestbuy

The type of hard drive that you need to buy for the PS3 is a Internal 2.5" Sata Laptop hard drive.
