I think any name that is going to be easy to read by others (and employers) and liked by the parents is a good name.
I would hate to think I would every give my child a name that would keep him from getting a call for a job because the HR person can't figure out how to pronouce his name. (Anyone who thinks that doesn't happen is fooling themselves. It doesn't mean it is right, but it DOES happen.)
