hi, thinking about your problem sonds like you need to go to a dentist one bad tooth can cause all of that the other that comes to mind there is a strain of virus called staff infection have heard of complaints from different friends that has had something that sounds like your problem please go to the doctor asap get checked out go to the nearest hospital to the emergency room if it is staph it is nothing to ignore
