That is how man has perverted the word of God through the many differing bible translations. The KJV reads "saving for the cause of fornication," it does not say unlawful marriage. The meanings are totally different, and is why there is false teaching in the churches.

The issue isn't really divorce, Moses and Jesus spoke of divorce. While it is not favored, it can be done. However, the issue is remarriage. According to Mark 10:11&12 neither party can remarry.

You cannot divorce your wife on any kind of grounds and marry another women. she has to commit adultry.
If say their is two couples and he wants the other guys wife?
So both couples gets a divorce and remarries the other ones wife. Neither had committed adultry, the whole bunch just committed adultry.
In other words you can't divorce her unless she commits adultry.

your not suppose to be intimate with some each other without being legally married. They have to be divorced on the grounds of adultery. thats what i get from it, hope it helped.

No, this was a rabbinic term and only applied to incest.
