Make an omelet with whatever you have - cheeses of almost any kind, green onions, tomatoes, peppers, almost any vegetable, meats of almost any kind.

You can serve eggs with a side warmed refried beans and salsa for a very hearty meal.

Hard boiled egg sandwhich with mayonaise, salt and pepper is classic.

Scrambled eggs with anchovies is an English savory dish.

Fry up some potatoes and onion, as a side dish.

Poached egg over toast.

Add hard boiled egg to a chopped salad (can be pretty much whatever salad greens and veggies you have on hand.)

Almost any kind of bread or toasted bread goes well with eggs.

A little bit fried meat of almost any kind is kinda classic. Left over steaks, chops, ham, sausages, ground meats, meat hash, even cold cuts all work well. Fried baloney, and fried hot dogs are standard in some local areas.

You can add eggs to ramen noodles - add the raw egg to the boiling water and stir. The egg will be cooked through by the time the noodles are cool enough to eat.

An omelet, eggs & water, scrambled eggs made with cream, a frittata, eggs scrambled and add whatever toppings you want & finish in the oven, french toast, scrambled eggs & cream and preferably egg bread and you want a little nutmeg in the egg mixture. Dip the bread in and fry. Eggs florentine, poached egg on English muffin that has been topped with spinach, I would suggest eggs benedict but you wouldn't want to make the bechamel sauce although maybe you could buy a package mix..OK Poached egg on English muffin that has been topped with a slice of Canadian bacon & pour over the bechamel sauce, crepes - eggs, flour, milk & water, butter & salt. ........ that's probably enough for openers. Good luck.

I have been told that the reason professional chefs have all those pleats in their hats is because there are 365 ways to prepare eggs and they must master every one.

Really, what are you trying to make? I like my eggs scrambled with a can of potato soup (1 can to 6 eggs). Mix eggs with soup, add a little water, scramble as usual. You get moist, creamy, delicious eggs with potato pieces. YUM!
