He's likely too shy as well, or he's not sure you like him that way. My boyfriend got the hint when, after a date, I kissed his cheek. That made him realize that I was interested - and a date or two later, he made the move for the first kiss.

i kno alot of me and my friends agreed it should be the females job......because the female will wanna do til you almost kiss her then she be like...um cya and why the hell you gettin that close
