No,these are either signs of a stalker,a very controlling person and or someone with a mental disorder.He is obsessed with you and this is a dangerous situation for you to be in.I don't know your age but you need to discuss this with family and close freinds.You need to avoid this boy or man.It's possible that if you try to end things in person,he may become violent and most likley will not leave your life.For your own sake,end it on phone .or have your father end it.You may need to get a protection order from the court and make a report at police station of what has happened up till now so it is on record.You need to talk to someone in your local police dept. to find out what to do to stay safe and to know that what I'm telling you is correct.If your in love,it will hurt to end things,but his habits are not normal,you could be jeoparadizing your life.Also look up info on pc about this.

Yeeh he obviously likes you if he has done all these things.. its a fact if someone stares at you for more than 10 seconds they like you. Although he sounds a bit perferted or obsessed with you so be careful.

Ok I don't think he likes you... I think he is obsessed with you. I would stay away from that guy he has the characteristics of really a stalker or maybe a violet type.
