Okay, whoppers will not help you lose weight no matter how infrequently you eat them. Based on the information you've provided a better question would be, 'how long before I pass out from lack of food and energy?' You metabolism needs food - the RIGHT foods - to get it notched up. These foods do not include whoppers. You need to eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks each day. Exercise every day, even if it's only for 30 minutes. Alternate your workouts to include weight lifting AND cardio. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Include proteins in your diet. Things such as chicken breast, lean pork, a small steak are great additions. Limit your carbs ans starches. Add a minimal amount of fruits and a lot more veggies. Dieting isn't rocket science, it's a life change and if you aren't committed to changing your life, you won't succeed. Whoppers will not change your life in a positive way and that's a REALLY bad way to lose weight. Do it the right way.

several healthy ones, small 4-6 meals a day, along with a good exercise regime. It keeps your body going and your metabolism up. Only eating 2 times a day eventually will make you body feel as though you are starving it .. there is no way you can eat enough HEALTHY calories in 2 meals for your body to keep up .. eventually it will feel like you are starving it and you will not lose weight, might even gain weight.

It all depends on what your body needs and WHAT you eat.
1) Some people develop low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) if they don't eat more often (every 2-3 hours), especially pre-diabetics or diabetics. But WHAT you eat is also important. Not candy, sugar, high carb, but a good balance of quality protein, carbs and fat in the right ratio.
2) If you want to lose weight, take away wheat and dairy and you will start to drop the ounces. Add exercise on top (sprint exercise) and you will lose even more.
3) Then handle your stress because cortisol (stress hormone) can disrupt your metabolism and cause you to not digest your food efficiently.
4) Check your thyroid function and hormones as well (ask your doctor for these tests). They affect your metabolism too and therefore your weight.
