I am 17 and my boyfriend is 16 almost 17. We've been together for 6 and a half months and we've gotten in some trouble at school together and now his parents dont like me. Can they press charges on me and get me put in jail?

no you are not 18 and it was not rape if he was consciously. and in most states if you are in a relationship for over a year with the same person before you turn 18 they will over look it simply because it was pre-existing. besides how often do guys scream rape? (from a girl)

If you were 18 then Id say yes, but you are still a minor dating a minor so no fear, you will not be put in jail. Not much of an age difference

they can press charges on you for doing something bad, but not for just going out with him. be careful tho, keep God on your side.
