What does it mean if you and your best guy friend get on the topic of talking about what type of people you like, and he describes two different girls, one of which is his girlfriends decription, and one that sounds like you. And later, he says something that goes along the lines of but the other person is who I usually fall for, and when you question, he says, "nevermind. You'll understand eventually." What up?

I think or it even seems that you're getting in a quite weird situation there! He definitly likes you... Maybe he even loves you more than just best friends.
Those this happens and its totally understandable! You're best friends so you really make a match, so going a little further than best friends can happen quite fast.
It up to you how to react on this... But if you have some feelings for him, you should give it a try! I think that relationships that are grown out of a "best friend" relationship are the best! BUT if it may not work out, you should consider the fact that you will lose your best friend...

holy cow! you go girl, he digs you!!! woot! do you like him? if so, woot!!!!!! i'm so happy for you! obviously, he's toying with you, saying he likes you, but not actually admitting it. so, ask him about it. nothing terrible could happen. i feel sorry for his current girlfriend tho, lol.
