OF course not...... well, it depends. If you're trying to shove your beliefs down her throat and bug her all the time so she stops being an atheist and joins your faith, then DEFINITELY leave her......... you'll be doing her a favor!!!! Same applies if it's the other way round and she's trying to convince you to leave your faith and think the same way she does.
But, if there's enough respect and love between the 2 of you and you can make your beliefs not interfere with your personal relationship, I don't see any reason why you should break up with her. Up to you...... I guess it's a matter of MATURITY and knowing what is more important in life.

Well i believe that based on your belief, u should use that as the basis of ur decision. If u think an atheist is one that is accepted by ur standards then u could see pass her beliefs and love her for her character.

Does her very presence make your day?
If you answered yes to ANY of these, then her beliefs shouldn't matter.

Uh yeah. Do you see yourself married to an atheist? Jesus stressed we are to not be unequally yoked in marriage or friendships. What does light have to do with darkness? Jesus said that we are to be in the world, but not of the world. Anyone who loves the world more than they do obeying God's Word is not a Christian. What did Jesus tell us...."He that does not leave mother, father, sister, brother for my name's sake is not worthy of the kingdom of God. In other words, we can't allow anyone to get in our way of being found faithful to the Lord. He demands first place, He won't accept second or less. Why would you want to party with Satan? Because when we give in to what we want instead of listening to what God says, we are siding with the devil. You may love your girlfriend. But we are to love God more!
