If the statement isn't based on logic, then it can be called 'faith' or 'dogma'. Most religious people do not base their beliefs on logic, therefore 'faith' and 'dogma' are usually the best terms for what you describe.
If the statement IS based on logic, then it is not really anything more than a 'conclusion'. However, when talking about it in these terms, you have to be careful to remember that a logical conclusion about the real world can only ever be what is PROBABLY the case. You can never be CERTAIN. So 'all religions are fake except for mine, and it's the absolute truth', in terms of logic, is just a short way of saying 'all religions are probably fake except for mine, and it's probably the absolute truth'. Anything else returns you right back to the faith and dogma mentioned in my first paragraph.

I do not know that it is a particular "term" but I would turn the question around and ask one thing. Who would hold tenaciously to a religion or world view they think is NOT true?
I realize what you are getting at, in that you can have a world view you think is fairly right, but do not necessarily have to think all others are 100 percent wrong. Some would say perhaps "egotistical", but then it would depend on who was making the claim. Jesus was NOT egotistical but certainly knew he was 100 percent right. I can not be totally right because I am sinful and make mistakes in trying to know God.
"Now I know in part; then (in heaven) I shall know fully, even as I am fully known." 1 Cor. 13:12

It has to be that way. Christians cant say maybe islam is right or vice versa. What we can do is be open minded to new ideas about our own religion and be kind caring and compassionate to others regardless of their beliefs.
