Which brand of cholesterol meds had the commercial with an older guy, walking by a swimming pool, while all the ladies laying out at the pool watch him walk by googly-eyed? The guy dives off a diving board and makes a big splash, causing the ladies to lose interest. His cholesterol level was high apparently.
In another commercial, a "celebrity" arrives in a limo, flashbulbs go off, and she walks down the red carpet, eventually fainting.

So true. You would think that they could come up with something that does what it is intended to do. Better yet, why would anyone want to take a medication with side effects that cause loose or watery, uncontrollable stools? I remember the day when a doctor told you what medication you needed. Now with all these commercials, people are telling the doctor what they want to take.

I saw those to but can't remember the drug. I control mine by what I eat.
