youve tried everything superficial to cure your acne problems, right? if the problem still persists, that means that youre having problems in the INSIDE. notice that nothing that you do superficially would cure your acne until you clear the problems in your intestines. have you had depression lately? are you skinny even when youre eating well? jock itch? low stamina/energy? your acnes react to sugar? if you had yes in ANY of those, try looking up "CANDIDA". its a form of a yeast infection. however, that doesnt mean that this is sexually transmitted. your body's balance mightve been altered by harsh chemicals such as antibiotics, OR, you might have taken too much sugar. just look it up. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum eats away candida infestation, so eating yogurt and drinking Yakult helps the symptoms for Sure

I know you said sh't chemicals aren't for you, but speaking to your doctor will help. They'll be able to provide information for you on what is involved with acne and what you can use to combat it. I used a topical solution called Clindamycin phosphate and it was fantastic. Unfortunatley, soap does dry skin out hugely, hardcore exfoliation won't work either. You'll be best off using a cleanser like Johnsons exfoliating cleanser or something advised by a doctor.

Neutrogena Transparent Facial Bar, Acne-Prone Skin Formula Soap is good and only costs about $3. Burt's Bees
products are also really good. They are 100% natural and not tested on animals.
Good Luck!

get a facial at a spa that's from northern europe like poland, because they do "extractions" it hurts a little bit but afterwords you look a lot better and you feel great! they don't only do extractions, they also do some soothing stuff.
but also, i use a product called Acne Free, it's similar to proactive. but eating healthier foods and going outside and getting exercise as well as getting more sleep helps your skin stay clear too. don't touch your face, the dirt and bacteria on your hands will make more zits. good luck!

the only answer is to see a dermatologist
oh and sweetie even chemicals come from nature so don't bother looking for something natural except maybe a special clay mask which may contain harmful natural toxins
remember there are many dangerous natural herbs/plants out there , better see an expert called a dermatologist to get proper treatment which has undergone years and years of research just to make sure it is safe and effective.

I find this to be the best, drink lots and lots of water. Fresh air. And Tea Tree Oil! 100% Natural, look it up, does wonders. I even wash my hair with the stuff.

you can try proactive i think that is how you spell it .... it is alot cheaper in the states i have seen it in the malls in a vending machine for only $ 50. I use to also use toothpaste... it sounds really weird but try washing your face with soap and then rinse put toothpaste on let it sit for a min you will feel it burn ... rinse in really warm water then spash cold water to seal the pores.... try it ..... it is cheaper
