Not my place to judge.

2007-12-16 07:39:01 · answer #1 · answered by Matt M 3 · 2 2

It is my belief that it would take some time for Adolf Hitler to feel forgiven for the mass murderings that he did (and he would probably be suffering still in his own personal "hell"). I believe everyone will eventually be freed from the effects of their sins, but sins like murder are rather damning... sins like mass murder even more so. How do you pay the debt to the Universe incurred through committing murder... it would be very difficult.

It is unlikely that Hitler would wish to dwell with beings of light and love, seeing as how his soul is endarkened with his evil deeds. It would be excruciating for him to dwell in the presence of enlightened beings such as God, Jesus, etc.

In other words, I disagree with the statement that he could be in heaven... any person having willingly done such dark and evil things must be suffering in acute anguish for his self-inflicted disconnection from the Source of all Love.

------

We are all connected spiritually, through love, the Holy Spirit, and the seed of divinity within our "hearts". Evil deeds break that connection/connected feeling, and make us feel very alone and dark. Thus, evil deeds cause us to be in hell. It's not a place we go to, but a state of being that people inflict on themselves, by their deeds and thoughts.

Death is but a passageway... It doesn't change who we are on the inside.

Could be. I believe God's love is unconditional and that he is merciful. Or He could have a twisted side and put Hitler in heaven with all the people he slaughtered.

EDIT: C'mon, how twisted would that be, to make Hitler spend eternity with the 6 million + people he slaughtered???

Hell is a zone lower than the planes we would call heaven.
Hitler is in a place of outer darkness where he cannot forgive himself. It will be some time before he can come out because he cannot forgive himself and there is no one who will pray him out if that is possible.

Is Heaven for evil people? Most people now think everyone goes to heaven. I don't! But I don't think anyone should ever judge presume where someone has gone. I mean he could of confessed before he died, we don't know.

There's two answers to this.
A) Hitler was a very bad person and probably wouldn't qualify for anyone's real definition of heaven.
B) Heaven doesn't exist, ergo Hitler is not in Heaven.

Take your pick.

We don't know and we don't get to vote. GOD is the judge and it is between the two of them. Remember, GOD did not create hell for any man. It was created for satan and his demons. GOD has given us and hitler some simple requirements to stay out of hell. If hitler followed those requirements at the end, GOD says He will forgive the sins.

Remember, GOD loves you eve when you don't love Him!

It's just possible. We don't know what spiritual experience (like a deathbed repentance) he may have had in that bunker. However, non-Catholic though I am, I have to say that, if Hitler was saved, I'd like to think he's still in Purgatory. : )

hell,
he is a mass murderer.

i disagree.

in order to prove that hitler is in heaven one must prove that He was doing the will of God by killing all the jews!
and a few other race or religious people.

Disagree. Heaven does not exist, and Hitler ceased to exist on April 30th, 1945.

Hitler has been reincarnated as toad in a crocodile swamp. And he's still very elusive.
