Disagree. I believe that God has reserved a special Blessing for Christians who go to Church services with Christians of like Precious Faith. Also it is God's commandment.
Hebrews 10:24-26 (King James Version)
24And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

If one was religious or interested in a religious faction then I could definitely see the importance. Everything has a point. That's kind of an ignorant question, seeing as many people live or die by their faith. You have every right to ask it tho, my friend. =)

I personally... am agnostic... so I don't really believe in organized religion at all, but I do respect it. Aside from just for an experience I really don't go to church. But I would never say that it was pointless. I don't really think of anything as pointless though. But, this is just me.

I agree for me personally, since I'm currently non-religious. So it would not make sense for me to go to a church when I didn't believe in their religion.

But for many people, going to church helps them spiritually and is a good thing for them.

God is everywhere - not confined to some expensive building because some minister or priest says so.

God is daily, always, everywhere - if you feel a need to worship, you can do so as well on a mountainside as you can in a church, and likely get a better feeling about it as well.

Agree. Spirituality is an intensely personal experience. Meeting with other people for 'spiritual' reasons just becomes a political exercise.

Both. There is a point if God's spirit enters your heart in church. There is no point if you're there just because your parents make you.
