First of all you are over weight and Second if you are paralized you wont ever be able to bench 450.

if you are paralyzed.... you can't lift weight anyway!! 450 pounds? maybe you should be doing more light weight exercising first until you get to a weight more suitable for strenuous exercise.

if you're paralyzed from neck down then how are you typing this? it's IMPOSSIBLE for you to even bench one pound if you're parazlyzed neck down. sorry, it's impossible for you to move.
