If you know something, really know it then it will affect how you act. Of course a lot of what you do will be determined by your state of mind and the setting you are in.

if a person is walking along some train tracks and knows that there is a train coming that person will probably move off the tracks, unless they want to die than they will probably just keep walking and hope the train doesn't stop.

To know and not to do can just mean you later feel guilty or full of regret. Or, it could have been a good thing that you did not do whatever it is.

dat if u kno that u r supposed to do a particular thing.....yet u arent doing that......so...either u don't have the knowledge of how to do it.....or u r sooooo damn silly that u still arent doing it!!!
it means.....stop thinking u know how everything is to be done....just do it n prove that u really know how to do it!!!
