Discusting but small tyre around middle and big thighs :(

You'd be very very very hungry by the 2nd day...

And you'd put yourself at risk of your body contracting a number of different ailments that occur when the body is deprived of solid food, thus making the absorption of "nutrients" very difficult...

That's why you can't live on just vitamins...(which are really just enriching your urine with excess stuff that isn't absorbed because nutrients are only able to be "utilized" during the ATP cycle of human digestion...the breaking down of solid foods...

And...your poopy would be runny...

Besides the fact that you would obviously be very very hungry, the size of your stomach would start to shrink a little from the lack of food. You would also feel very tired and be more likely to get sick from the lack of calories, carbs, and nutrients.

you would lose water weight and muscle, slow down metabolism and then gain back more making a huge contribution to yo-yo cycle.
You cant spot reduce body fat - the only way is reducing body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and slight deficit in daily caloric intake.

it would be called fasting...it good to detox ur body every now and again.....drink plenty of water and u should b good. (u wont lose any significant amount of weight).
to lose weight w/out exercise consume 35 grams of fiber a day in a month u will have lost at least 10 lbs guaranteed!!

NOT A GOOD IDEA YOU WILL PUT THE WEIGHT RIGHT BACK ON. JUST FIND A HEALTHY DIET THAT WORKS FOR YOU AND STICK WITH IT.
