Examining the way the human brain works and how memory is obtained and dissolved. I think, being that we have books(bible or the like) it seems to serve as a constant reminder of certain events. If books or the written word was never created and mast produced. Would we forget our past sins and transgressions?
Would we be a better people? It seems that because of the reminder of wrong doings, we tend to judge ourselves more harshly then anyone else, and when we judge others we transfer guilt instead of judging in a uncontaminated manner.

I see the tree as a book. I think we die from our choice. In the bible it said something to the effect that being that ate of the " " tree, that now the will become like us.<---I think that means to have the power to choose life or death.

The recording of our past (good and bad) can serve us and our future generations as a guide to how to live our lives. If we just forget everything and blot it out of history, our children and our children's children will just continue to make the same mistakes we did.

on the subject of adam and eve.
Eve saw that the "fruit" was good for "food"
so it was an edible fruit.
but because it was also a tree of death, there was something in that fruit that caused both adam and eve to die. So there was poison!
a poison in the food that would cause "memories" or teachings of nakedness to come to mind. So it altered DNA, it also killed the eternal bodies with with Adam and eve were created with.
but somewhere in this episode it is left out that Eve became pregnant. which some people have concluded that the Fruit was not something edible, but rather it was Sexual. i think both scenarios happened. i think Cain was not the son of Adam but of the Angel that deceived Eve. Whether that was satan or lucifer himself, i dont know.
as for your other topics, it is written that men are cursed to forget and tradition(s) and myths are the leftovers and legacies of what might have been true at one time.
would we forget our sins and transgressions. it is commonly taught that without books we would forget. but not like what you are thinking of, and imagining?
When we forget the judgements of God, we forget about righteousness too! and the case of all mankind becomes worse than what we have now. with instruction in righteousness mankind fall into a state of pure wickedness and evil.
And sodom and gomorah prove that God will destroy all flesh that becomes corrupt in order to save a few.

It was all apart of the plan that man eats from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in order to become truly awakened in the occult understanding of the term. We are now awake on the plane of the higher ego which forever dwells within us all as the soul.

Adam and Eve disobeyed God when they ate of the Tree of knowledge of good and evil. Thus they put themselves in opposition to God. I am sure that in time had they not eaten of that fruit they would have been invited to eat of it. Remember that tree belonged to God, so He had the right to say not to eat of it. When they did they stole from God what was not theirs to take. Sex was not the sin. God told them to become many and fill the earth. We can see today the results of their opposition. Instead of living on a Paradise earth, We are living in a dangerous and wicked world. God in his loving kindness has given us a way through his son Jesus Christ to become perfect like Adam and Eve were, and the opportunity for everlasting life. Read your Bible! It will answere all your questions!

The only way to keep from knowing good and evil is to remain an infant.
My own interpretation of the story of Eden is that it is about two innocent children maturing and going out on their own. Leaving their parents and being responsible for themselves. Making choices but having to take responsibility for the consequences of those choices.
I suspect that it was not origninally a story about sin but was given that connotation over time as religion became more coercive. Notice that Jews have the story of Adam and Eve but they don't have a concept of original sin.

The problem is not a matter of whether we remember or forget our sins. GOD tells us that the way he removes that sin from us is through JESUS. As far as the judgement, we are not to judge anyone. We are told only to tell others about GOD and His requirements for forgiveness. HE will do the judging.

Without that Book, I believe the World would be in chaos. Man would revert back to instinct. His greatest instinct is Survival. Take what you want, when you want. A world where only the strong Survive!
We are in a World of chaos now and that is with the guidance of that Book!

this is kind of hard to answer. yet easy to those that accept what i have to say. would we be better people? no. as long as eve introduced the sin through the fruit from that tree, we have endured hardships. satan is no friend and never will be, regardless of his tactic. i want you to make it a point to get a book called, imaginations by jonas clark. it explains what happened in the garden of eden. eve fell for a trick the devil playes and introduced lies and mind games. it explains it all.

You're missing the point. The point is we are inherently flawed.
Also remember, there's a passage which states "all scripture is INSPIRED by God and good for teaching" - which means it may not all be literally true. (That being said, Exodus says bury it when you defecate - thousands of years before germ theory. And it also describes the rotation of the Earth off its axis).
There is no such thing as "mast" produced, unless you're building a boat.

we will all die famous as far as someone telling us what we are doing is wrong so why do you worry about it, live your life the way you want because it is yours. believe what you want because you have the right to do so, and don't judge anyone on first sight cause most likely you don't know what you are talking about.
