Well honestly I am popular at my school and I have alot of guys that like me so I can't answer that question

Be more confident in yourself. Maybe he does like you. try engaging in a casual conversation with him.

Stop stressing over the situation. Maybe he's shy or maybe he wonders the same about you and doesn't want to scare you
