if a girl's voice becomes louder when you pass nearby and if she seems irritated everytime you talk to some other girl , does it mean that she loves you ?

Possibly. Have you tried asking her out? Watch for signals, they will be there. Sounds like she doesn't like you talking to other girls.

if she louds her voice when you pass nearby means, she wants to draw your attention. she wants you to see her,, the intention may be just to impress you which means that she is impressed by you friend!! so obviously when you talk to other girls, she may feel jealous about others,so she gets irritated on you.. at this stage this is craze or infactuation.. this may became love too...

Love? Does she even talk to you? Nah, but she might be jealous and like you, and want to get your attention (like everyone else says).
Or maybe you're just imagining things and you WANT her to do these things because YOU like HER.
Girls all have different complicated ways of showing their feelings.

Not completly, it doesn't even necessarily mean she likes you. It just means she wants you all to herself. Even if it isn't sexually. I'm like that with my best guy friend. He is so sweet and is such a great boyfriend but his girlfriends treat him bad. So I get really jelous when he ditches me to be with that awful girl.
