it has been over a year since my last boyfriend. Im starting to get a tad lonely. Im have my eye on one guy but he is hard to read, and i dont know about my chances. any advice or tips would help!

Isn't there some way to get to know this guy without letting on you have romantic fantasies about him? You know, some common ground like a club or something? I always found that guys who came on to me too heavily seemed insincere, but ones that tried to avoid me were not good, either. So I'd get to know them in some non-threatening environment where we could get to know one another before the kissing started.
On the other hand, my two biggest romances were "at first sight" situations. But if you can't read him, you're already past the first sight situation.

Well just stick with your friends for now and have a fun time. The right guy will come towards you, or shoud approach this guy you have an eye on. Take it slow with him. You don't want to scare him off.

ask him out you will never know your chances if you dont tell him how you feel. i know thats nothing you dont already know but think abot it like this. ifyou dont tell him how you feel some one else will. and yeah it sucks haveing some one turn you down but not knowing hurts just as bad
