I only like some vegetables and my mom says I'm not healthy because I don't eat enough of them, but I don't eat alot of junk food and I eat whole grains. Could I still be healthy?

Protein and fats are necessary to survival, but veggies have fiber and a lot of important vitamins. It's hard too eat too many. I can say that when I started eating more veggies my health greatly improved, so I'd say your mom is right.

yeah u can still b healthy but yes vegetables are the best food

A well balanced diet is best. No single type of food is best.
