Ok, we all know that I don't believe in the idea of God that Christians, Muslims, and Jews do. But I'm not Atheist, nor am I Agnostic. But someone just did something for me that I can only describe as an answer to my wishes (since I don't pray). They don't know me, and have no real reason to believe me when I tell them of my situation. (Although I am being honest). I 'know' them only from answering a Question. Angel? Answer to non-prayer? Blessing, with no disguise? Just wondering what each of you would call that, from your various belief systems and faiths. Going to send a thank-you with each and every (decent) suggestion.

I'm talking about someone who has offered to help provide some Christmas gifts for my children. I'm in a situation where we'll be lucky to have electricity, and gifts aren't in the picture, at least not from mommy or Santa (they'll get stuff from other relatives). I have a teacher, and am pretty well-versed in what Alchemy teaches. But am impressed that there are others who know - sometimes I feel like a lone wolf out here :)

Perhaps, for you, it would be better to think of Christ as an archetype, a fundamental function of the human mind as it relates to God. As an archetype, Christ is connection, representative of Tiphereth, and way too much for a discussion here. I could go on for hours. So I won't.

Somebody (religion does not matter, I'm asserting Christ as a mental archetype, not a religious deity) in resonance with the concept decided to help you.

That's way cool.

Merry Christmas and a very Happy, Healthy, & Holy New Year, sister!

Love is the Law;

What do you call it when someone helps you? You can call it a miracle, but basically, it's just a wonderful fact.

From my evangelical Christian viewpoint I think blessing is very fitting to describe what this person has done for you.

God knows everything. He knows what we need before we ask it. He has been kind enough to send this person your way with some help. The other person gets the blessing of helping someone else, and you get the blessing of receiving a gift.

Are they an angel? I guess you could say so in a symbolic way. But there are also stories that describe angels as someone who steps into our world just long enough to give protection or help to someone in need and then disappears. In your case it sounds more like a person who is doing a good deed.

Merry Christmas!

The Joy of Satan website is what I would recommend. There are what they call Power Meditations and what they do is open and activate our chakras which are a part of our eternal souls. I know from experience in working with these exercises and they have done wonders for me. I myself have a long history of suffering from depression and mood swings. My advice to you would be to study and read the site before jumping into anything. It's best to know everything about it before making any sort of commitment. The effects of the meditations are powerful and life changing. You as anyone else deserves to be free from the shackles of depression and to know the truth about mainstream religions and how they really work to exploit and enslave us.

quantum entanglement and the non-local nature of the universe.
physical reality is dependent upon your conscious observation, as reality in a physical sense does not exist without it. This has been demonstrated by quantum physics and an even more interesting bit of data is that quantum sate collapses can be influenced by consciousness as demonstrated by the two slit experiment. "To assert that the self is the only consciousness that exist is grandiose folly." This is my opinion based on the nature of physical reality and the conclusions that have been drawn from it and the implications of quantum physics.
Recent scientific discoveries may provide clues to that which has been previously unexplainable and considered mystical in nature.
P.S> happy holidays and blessing upon you and your loved.

We are called into the Kingdom of Christ to be his hands and feet. (and anything else he needs - you need) Whether you believe in God or not is not relevent to God for He believes in you! How do you look out for your children? God looks out for you in the same way.
He is always on the other side of the door waiting for you to open the door and invite Him into your life. He loves you and wants only the best for you. When He can intercede in your life and give you that protection, that answer, that help.... anything, He will do that such is His love for you even when you deny Him.
Sometime watch the movie - "The Fiddler on the Roof" with Topal and see what prayer really is. I've seen that movie 50 times and I NEVER saw it. When I finally recognized what prayer should be - it changed my life!
When you say to yourself - "I wish...... . I need to........ I have to do..........." only one other person is listening to you. You are in prayer and believe me - He's listening.

That's a misunderstanding of the concept of mediation. Meditation isn't a question or an entreaty, so there thus cannot be an answer. It is an act of contemplation on religious or philosophical ideas, and/or an act of clearing the mind.

Since you were wishing for something, I'm going to go with non-directed prayer. To pray is to entreat or ask or wish for something. Thus the old English phrase, "I pray thee..." or "I ask you". Whether someone answered your prayer or not, I don't know.

If you open your heart to *TAO* and purge yourself of selfish desires, all things needed will come to you.
I am not calling you selfish, but some of our worries that we carry are selfish in nature.
Meditate for peace, balance and harmony in your life. Purge yourself of worry and guilt and breathe deep. Know in your heart that with balance and harmony also comes needed items of things.
Do not search them out.
*LET GO* and they will come to you but you must be one with the FORCE.
(TAO). Spirit, God, Angel, Goddess, Karma, what ever.
