ok this is a diet i am going to give up on. i need tips, recipies, what to eat what not to eat ho many pounds should i loose around the holiday i am 240 lbs well last time i checked i was 240 lbs i dont have a scale at home plz help!!!!

Not to discourage you, but this is really a bad time of year to start a diet. Too many holiday gatherings and family meals! My husband and I are going to start eating healthier after New Year's. I've started looking at low cal recipes in my many cookbooks, and there are tons of websites available. We both need to lose weight, and agreed this wasn't the time to start. But two weeks from now - we are!

You need a scale at home, not only to regulate your weight, but to celebrate each morning that you are losing :-)
I can suggest you 7 days diet, which is not difficult to follow and easy to prepare. This is fast winter diet ( or diet before Christmas). I posted it some hours ago on my web page especially for people like you.
If you would like to continue after this week you can repeat this diet or try another one.
My best tips:
1. Move
2. Change the diet every 2 weeks
3. Be happy of loosing weight!
