The Legend of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbeans' older ships. You can look at an interactive view of it at this web site:
http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruise/ships/class/ship/home.do;jsessionid=0000oLDkNysH5h9Du4z2NgS6nQY:12hbiocus?br=R&shipClassCode=VI&shipCode=LG

Some of its features include:

- Rock-climbing wall
- Glass-walled dining rooms
- Casino RoyaleSM
- Themed bars and lounges
- Indoor/outdoor pool in a Solarium with a sliding roof
- A Centrum, an atrium area
- 9-hole miniature golf course
- Outdoor pool
- 4 whirlpools
- a gymnasium

The ship will offer a free show each night before or after dinner, depending upon whether you have first or second seating for dinner. The RC's ships have great menu's for dinner including days with Prime Rib, lobster, fillet mignon, roast pork loin. There is usually a fish and chicken entree available at each dinner. Dinners start with your choice of appetizers, soup, salad and then entree and desert. On thing I like about RC's dinner menu is they have available every day baked salmon, steak, and grilled chicken, in case you do not like their other selections.

Shopping on ship will be limited, a few souvenirs, a duty free shop, and a few clothing selections. You'll do better shopping in the ports.

I suggest that you go to this web site and look at the ship's features: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/multimedia/virtualTour/ship.do;jsessionid=0000oLDkNysH5h9Du4z2NgS6nQY:12hbiocus?shipClassCode=VI

Legends of the Seas is an awesome ship to cruise on. If you want details of all of the things to do onboard go to www.rccl.com. The food is fabulous but if you do not want to gain 10 lbs you had better spend some time in the fitness center. The fitness center overlooks the front of the ship and they have great equipment. The entertainment is superb. If they have an afternoon or evening program called "for Love and Marriage" it is hysterically funny.

Have great time.
