Not really. Diet, low carbs, sit ups, crunches and long, brisk walks or jogging. Stay away from greasy, fried foods. I'm a Martial Arts Instructor and I know what it takes to stay trim and fit. Stay away from chocolate.

The way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Vitamins make no difference.
