Bow- definitely

It depends on how much you want a turkey. Bow hunting is always more difficult. A repeating shotgun with a tight choke is best, especially if you make head shots that don't ruin meat. Size 4 shot is about right.

The shotgun is easier but can be quite messy. I personally prefer the bow. Takes more skill to handle and get the kill. The difference in hunting with a noisy gun or the peace and the quiet of a bow, the whistle of the arrow, neat.

Oh yeah only one hole with the arrow and it is a neat clean hole. Hate eating shot pellets (hard on the teeth).
