I was seeing someone, he provoked the sh-it out me to the point where I went into a rage and punched him in the eye.
He is stating that it is all my fault that im violent and can't control my emotions. Do you think it was my fault b/c I'm the one who raised my hand? He pushed me till i litterally snapped.

You should have left. It is never OK to raise your hand and hit someone. Yes, he is correct you are not in control of your emotions, if you were you would have simply left... If someone makes you so angry that you want to hit them. Chances are they are not worth your time... Grow up, be mature and accept responsibility for your actions. If he would have hit you, the same thing. However, chances are very great, you would have called the police and had him arrested... No double standards here. God bless****
