Unless the vet's concerned , I wouldn't think so. My cats sleep 90% of the time!

A lot of cats lay around and sleep during the day, and are active at night.

I wouldn't worry about it unless they are neglecting food and water, or are normally actually pretty frisky.

thats basicaly the life and times of cat.. all my cat does is meow while im trying to sleep, sleep, eat, i also like to throw ping pong balls at her and she bats the out of the air, and plays with them and what not, its fun, heh heh

For the most part that is normal behavior, unless he sleeps all night too!

if it is an older cat, they do that-but if not, get to the vet!!!
