My family and I are going to be relocating to Miramar MCAS in CA soon, what information can anybody tell me about their family housing or any housing that is nice out there? I have two children so we will be wanting at least a 3 bedroom place to live, also any information at all about the area and experinces you have had thier! Thanks!

Not sure about the housing except that is is a bit expensive in San Diego area
But the area itself is beautiful and you will never find better weather in the US than in San Diego.

best commissary of the area.. loads better than 32nd streets.
base housing is PPV. you may or may not qualify for a 3 BR based on age and gender. since housing is fairly tight in the SD metro area, they tend to be sticklers about BR allotments.
