I hope so.

Actually I hope that in the future they simply won't insure the smokers, the fatties or the people that enagage in high-risk activities.

If you're willingly damaging your health, then I don't think anybody should pay for you when you get too sick to take care of yourself.

You made your bed, now you need to lie in it.

They already do in many cases. That is exactly why they require a phsical exam. When you get insurance, life or health that does not require one you may be paying more than maybe you should if you are healthy because they average it out.
As for hoping they stop insuring altogether, why? If people are charged based on risk, what do you care. If you live a healthy lifestyle it should actually make your insurance cost go down because plans will be offered that only cover low risk people like yourself. Of course you may be so healthy that you will have no need for insurance.

Yes and I also think there will come a time when there won't be proper medical care for certain things like that.
