And if so, what are the effects on your appearance when you take it? Like do your eyes turn red, pupils dialate, sweating, paleness or anything?

And don't tell me that you can't get high off of nutmeg, of course you can, just google it.

Wow, but why would you even want to.

From what I read, you have to consume most of a container of the spice to have an effect. You're likely to gag and choke on the bitter taste. Its going to cause you to have a seriously dry mouth for days.

The high doesn't "begin" until six hours or more after the ingestion of the nutmeg, and takes the form of mild delirium. The side effects of which include confusion, stupor, and panic attacks that can last for days after ingestion.

Seems to me that there have to be alternatives to the trouble and risk of messing around with the garlic salt and the pepper mills in your mom's kitchen. Why are you so desperate to get high?

No. I was unaware til now that you could get high using nutmeg.
