i like one in morning when i wake up, then one at night after workout. i dont think it really matters when you take it, as long as you get the amount of protein per day that you need

You should have a lean protein source (like a protein drink) both 1-2 hours before your work out, and as soon as possible after your workout.

You should also constantly having lean protein with each meal of the day so your muscles have a constant flow of protein to them. This will maximize the muscle building process.

depends on your sprot and what type of protein drink, Boost is a good drink, but it is so thick that you should drink if 45 minutes BEFORE working out, while others i take AFTER working out. it depends on how thick the drink is, if you drink it too close to workout time, your stomach might becoem upset

Drink your protein shakes after a workout and 2 times in place of a meal if you like.

American Whey protein is the best also.

What you put in your body in the 1st hour after working out is the most important.

I would drink it after workouts, if it isn't full of sugar. If it is full of sugar you may be better off not drinking it at all.

both times would be optimum. before training would increase available amino acids availability in plasma reducing the catabolic effects of heavy resistance training. after exercise would it would help to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and the recovery process.

You can take one whenever in the day you want, but it's most effective when taken after your workout because this is when your body really needs it.
