An estimate for the number of humans who have ever lived would run from 12 billion to 120 billion, with about 60 billion being a reasonable estimate.

There are at least 125 billion galaxies in the universe. So even if we take the high end of our human estimate, 120 billion, there are still more galaxies in the universe than there have been humans.

Are galaxies more important to God than humans? Physics has already learned that if the universe was designed it was designed for producing black holes. The universe that we live in is perfect if you're a black hole and sub-optimal if you're a human.

i like your question. there is plenty to assert. Granted the neurological device is an early concept interior the all it quite is. the unique blueprint of guy contained the components for all of the organs, the suggestions being purely between the various. The neurological device in it quite is entirety holds the aptitude for being a effective communique device. (as quickly as totally wakened, understood and utilized). each and every emotion, each and every molecule of nutrients, breath, and perception is processed for the duration of the neurological device. The ego does what it may with the consistent inflow of information, yet there is plenty greater to the guy. The suggestions isn't the suggestions, the ego isn't the suggestions, the physique has a suggestions, besides the undeniable fact that it quite is no longer the excellent suggestions. The dreaming self has it quite is very own suggestions, it quite is no longer the excellent suggestions the two. The subconscious, the subconscious, the extensive wakeful suggestions etc.... no rely what label you place on it, the respond for analyze isn't unavoidably summed up interior the organ time-commemorated by fact the suggestions on my own. this could be a properly theory out question. i won't answer it totally, with out breaking it down step by potential of step. And it quite is no longer needed, you're a great philosopher purely as you're.

Is your question about God or science, remember man didn't even know about black holes until last century but God, He created them to be discovered, just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't there or there isn't one...right...many things will be discovered but man will never be given governance of the galaxies until he learns how to manage his own...that is fair don't you think...these galaxies some of them may be so advanced than us that we seem like mere goldfish in a fish bowl to them not evolved enough to bother with...try to think outside the box...many fascinating things could be achieved in science if money was directed towards this instead of weapons of war and destruction so we are spending more dollars on rebuilding than research and so on...maybe one day the human race will wake up...every one doing a little can mean a lot, recycling I mean, using less energy if possible these threats are real, we must face them all. We caused them not God

'J.B.S. Haldane was once asked what the study of biology could tell one about the Almighty. "I'm really not sure," said Haldane, "except that He must be inordinately fond of beetles."' (quoted from http://www.positiveatheism.org/india/s1990a01.htm, which is a nice little piece to read if you're interested in Francis Crick and his views on religion. Haldane, for those who don't know, was a very eminent biologist of the first half of the 20th century - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._B._S._Haldane )

I'm only quoting this to point out that you don't need to go as far out as galaxies to wonder about God's preferences in creation. Why on earth ARE there so many species of beetle, each species having so many members? Could it possibly be that the universe has evolved and that species have evolved to fill evolutionary niches, so that what survives is what has a place among all the other survivors and the environment?

Well, personally I cannot understand why anyone would disagree with that idea, but hey, there are huge numbers of people on here who don't seem to find science worth exploring in order to understand it better, so I guess I'm just a weirdo.

For one thing, that the Creator is considerably greater than any idol or graven image some false worshipers use to worship Him.

For another, with our comparative unimportance, how much He cares for us in providing everything we need to maintain life and more, a happy life. All He asks back is to worship Him in spirit and truth.
