Do you use agave syrup in your cooking or do you just use it to sweeten drinks and cereals?

I've made cactus jelly and syrup with it (for pancakes, scones, biscuits & waffles). I got lots of compliments. It comes out a pretty red color.
No, I've never used it to sweeten drinks or cereal. But, I do drink it in all of my Margaritas (minus the syrup part, naturally)! :)
