Civil Restraining Order

You could file a police complaint for telecommunications harassment.

Your best bet is to get your phone numbers changed or if you have caller ID, & you recognize her number when she calls, don't answer it. If you don't have caller ID, answer the phone & when you hear her voice, say nothing, & hang up. You were smart to leave the party when you did. You can get a restraining order against her & her grandmother, by going to the police department. They will receive the paperwork & will be in be arrested if they violate the restraining order. Your ex girlfriend sounds like trouble, as well as granny.

I know it could cost some money, but I would recommend either an an unlisted number or use call blocking. Other people I know have gone through the police, etc. and have had no luck with it other than having a record of what is really going on.

Block her calls, shut your phone off, don't answer the phone when her number shows up. You can't get a restraining order unless there is a threat on your life or something violent has already happened to you.

Tell her that if she calls you again you will be calling the police because of harrassment. If she keeps calling then do so. Just make sure to keep a record of the times she has called.

next time she calls, let her know your filing a haressment suit, and will file charges on her for stalking. As for granny, tell her to control her grandbrat.

Call the police, that is "menacing by stalking."

Not to mention when she touched you, that is "sexual imposition"
