In a tv what is contrast, tint, sharpness and brightness. From 1 to 100 what should the # be for each one?

There is no magic number, it all depends on the source, and your picture settings (Color temp, etc.) that's why you need a DVD calibration disc, for about $15-20. Or find a DVD with the THX optimizer Logo in the back.
