Actually, Jesus and the Virgin Mary are mentioned in the Qu'ran...the holy book for Muslims. So actually, I would say that Christians and Muslims are linked. Also, many of the saints and important figures like Abraham are highly regarded and once again mentioned in Islam. Muslims do believe in Jesus, but their own prophet is Mohammed. Also, like a branch of christianity, drinking and premarital sex is prohibited.

They sure are.
Muslims, Jews and Xians all follow the same gawd but from a different perspective.
The Xians believe that Jeebus is the son of gawd.
The Jews believe that Jeebus was only a prophet but wasn't the son of gawd. They say that Moses is the true prophet.
The Muslims say that Moses and Jeebus were both prophets of gawd but only Mohammed is the true prophet.
So there you have it. The majority of the big 3 religions of the world (Xianity, Judaism & Islam) say that Jeebus wasn't the son of gawd so by majority rules which Xians like to bring up so often this means that Jeebus was just a man.

Yes, of course.
Muslims and Christians both took their religions from Judaism, for a start. Second, they both follow a prophet, although Mohammed is not supposed to be part of G-d.

The Koran (Qu'ran, Quran, whatever) is borrowed from (both Jewish and) Christian myths. Both religions are monotheist (belief in the "God of Abraham"). These two facts link Muslims and Christians. In almost every other way the two religions are different, even in how they view the same god that they profess to believe in. I don't care to enumerate these differences because that would be a yawningly boring task.

No, not at all.
In Christianity, Jesus is not some prophet, Jesus is God Incarnated as a man. It is clear we are not talking about the same person.
