id get the niece a giftcard to her fav clothing store. and your nephew a skateboard or something he can do outside keep him active or maybe even a video game if thats what he is into

well im 15 years old and i might b getting a ipod this year which is something i really wanted and for a boy i would think that they would like maby a webkinz,because i have a 11 year old neighbor and he loves webkinz,hope that helped.
