it doesn't say he made the water in the bible, but it doesn't mention He created angels either, but we know He created evrything. there was only a void planet w/dark waters pretty much @ first when He started creating earth :) & i believe God created evrything bout 6,000 yrs ago, so it's just my belief :)

Heavier elements like oxygen are created in second generation stars (like our sun). These readily combine with free hydrogen to form water.
