Good source of carbs, some fibre and vitamins. Eat it baked or mashed without butter.

My favourtie sweet potato recipe is phony fries: slice sweet potato with skin into french frie shaped pieces, spread on a rack on a baking sheet. Lightly spray with Pam and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.

they are in fact healthier than regular potatoes.
I highly recommend you eat them (plain)
i read somewhere that it's an extremely good to eeat vegetable
