That's a hard question.
Either way, there is hard times ahead. Korea has to figure out what they can do, cheaper and better, than other Asian nations.
Roh's ineffective Sunshine Policy has set them back a decade with North Korea. it is like throwing good money after bad.
and the housing/cost problem... I can't imagine fixing it in the next decade.

But Korea is likely in for a rough five years either way.
