i think that it would be more romantic and memorable if you asked her out at mignight on new years eve, just as every says happy new year. this would be great, as you could then start a whole new year together, it would be something special to remember. and a special sort of relationship anniversary.

To be honest, the date is more memorable than being ASKED out on the date...so ask her to do something special with you, the sooner the better.

i think that it would be good if you asked her on christmas eve unless you are going to be together on new years...if you are going to be together on new years than you should ask her than but i would do christmas eve if not
